We have had a wonderful beginning to First Grade!!! Your child has begun to make the transition back to a school routine and is learning the names of the other children in his/her class. We have been taking things very slowly as they begin to know me and my expectations. We have started to draft our classroom rules, and we will begin a discussion of our "hopes and dreams" for the school year. Snack time is at 10:00AM each day, followed by lunch at 11:35AM, so please send in one item only for a quick snack so lunches will be eaten!! My thanks to you for your immediate attention to all the paperwork sent your way. If those papers have escaped your eyes, please take time to fill them out ASAP. Thanks for your attention.
